User
The user refers to the user of the system, and user management includes the management of the user's identity information, account information, and authority information.
Add User#
- Data permission
| Data permission | Description |

| Personal | Can only view the device data created by yourself and assigned by the administrator |
| Organization | Can view all device data of your own organization |
| This organization and subordinate organizations | Can view all device data of your own organization and subordinate organizations |
- Email address
After the email address is set here, the alarm notification of the device will be sent to this mailbox if there is an email sending method. For details, please refer to [Notification Strategy]
User Details#
Click [Details] in [Operation] to view the user's information, function permissions and device permissions.
User Info
View the information filled in when adding a user.
Function permissions
Show the roles that the user has and all the functional permissions corresponding to these roles.
Device permissions
Manage all the device permissions that can be viewed under the user.
Assign device permissions
Click the [Assign Device Authority] button
In the pop-up Select Device dialog box, select the devices that the user can view.
Device permissions: Including "read-only" and "read-write". Among them, "read-only" refers to only viewing permissions; "read-write" refers to viewing permissions and all related operations for modifying variables and parameters of this device.
Complete device permission settings
After selecting the selected device and setting the read and write permissions of the device, all devices to which the user has been assigned permissions will be displayed in the list.
Modify permissions: Can modify the "read-only" and "read-write" permissions for a certain device.
Remove: Remove the record. After removal, the user no longer has the permission to view the device data.
