Device template

What is a device template?

For equipment manufacturers, it can be understood that a device model is a template. Cloud configuration puts the communication protocol, data variable collection rules, alarm configuration, configuration screen design, etc. into the device template, and all devices associated with the template will work based on the template rules.

1. On the left navigation bar, click Device Management-Device Template, and click the [Add Template] button.

2. Enter the template name and click the [Submit] button

3. First add the slave, fill in the name and address of the slave, then add variables, follow the prompts on the page and click Save.
