Notification strategy

In the process of equipment management, the alarm and event messages generated by the equipment need to be notified to the relevant person in charge in time. Among them, different message types, different alarm levels, and different alarm groups may need to be notified to different personnel to achieve refined management. At the same time, in order to ensure the effectiveness of message push, the cloud platform provides three notification channels: Web, WeChat official account, and email. Platform administrators can choose to notify certain people of certain messages through certain channels to create different notification strategies.

Alarm Rule Configuration#

  1. The alarm rule does not belong to the alarm management section, but in the device template, the alarm rule is set on the variable, so find the variable to be set in the device template and set the alarm. img

  2. Select the suitable trigger condition according to the variable type. img

Add Alarm Notification Strategy#

  1. Add notification strategy

    Path: Alarm Management>Notification Strategy>Add Strategy img

  2. Add device to policy group

    Select the strategy, click [Add Device], and select the device to the strategy. img img

  3. Add users to the policy group Select the strategy, click [Add Recipients], and select the users to be notified to add to the strategy. img img

Personal Mailbox Binding#

When [Email] is selected as the alarm method, the recipient user needs to add [Email address] in "Organization Management"> "User"> "User Information" Device exception notification will be sent to this email address img Users can also modify or bind their own mailbox in their own account information img

The platform automatically sends emails, you need to set SMTP parameters in [System Management]> [Third Party Service]> [Email]

WeChat Official Account Binding#

When [WeChat] is selected as the alarm method, the receiver needs to pay attention to the WeChat official account first, and bind their own account. The cloud platform provides 2 binding methods

  1. The recipient uses his account to log in to the cloud configuration platform. If it has not been bound to the official account, the homepage will prompt the unbound information.

You can click [Go Now] to bind the official account, jump to the account information page, click the small QR code icon, and scan the QR code of the pop-up frame with WeChat to complete the binding. img

  1. The second binding method is to scan the two QR codes in the right column on the [Notification Policy] page, and follow the instructions to complete the binding of the WeChat official account img

The prerequisite for notification with the WeChat official account is that the parameters of the WeChat official account need to be set in [System Management]> [Third Party Services]> [WeChat Official Account]
